Una volta l'uomo era a contatto con la natura, e questa faceva parte del suo mondo: di un albero vedeva tutte le stagioni e le lente trasformazioni, degli animali la continua presenza e il ciclo di vita, dal cielo stellato e dalle nuvole i cambiamenti che gli appartenevano.
Ora qual è il suo mondo?
(Proprio dopo aver scritto queste righe ho alzato gli occhi, e visto dalla finestra lo spettacolo delle montagne innevate!)
Long time ago man was in contact with nature, and nature was part of his world: of a tree he could see all seasons and the slow changes, of animals the continued presence and the cycle of life, from the starry sky and the clouds the changes, which belonged to him.
Now what is his world?
(Just after writing these lines I looked up, and saw through the window the spectacle of the snow-capped mountains!)
